Chase grew up in central Indiana graduating Purdue University majoring in Business Administration and minoring in Real Estate Finance. Shortly after, he moved to Denver with an aspiration for Real Estate in the Residential and Commercial fields. After receiving his license in 2024, he learned the ins and outs of the Denver metropolitan area. After joining the Glass Properties Group under the Keller Williams umbrella, Chase has received great exposure to transactions including fix and flips, everyday homebuyers, townhomes, condos, multifamily assets, as well as other commercial properties. Tanerra grew up in Central Illinois and moved to Denver shortly after graduating college with her Masters in Accounting. After getting her Colorado real estate license in 2020, she mastered the ins and outs of each Denver neighborhood and the surrounding communities by assisting renters to find apartments and later transitioned into full time residential and commercial real estate. She prides herself in customer service by using an aggressive and light-hearted attitude when it comes to assisting clients in the home buying or selling process. The mountains are what brought her to Colorado, and she loves spending time with her husband and their two mini-goldendoodles, camping, skiing and playing volleyball.
