Chase grew up in central Indiana, graduating from Purdue University with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Real Estate Finance. Shortly after, he moved to Denver with aspirations for a career in real estate, specializing in both residential and commercial fields. After receiving his license in 2024, he learned the ins and outs of the Denver metropolitan area. After joining the Glass Properties Group under the Keller Williams umbrella, Chase has gained great exposure to transactions, including fix-and-flips, everyday homebuyers, townhomes, condos, multifamily assets, and other commercial properties. Under the wing of Michelle Glass, a high-level commercial broker with over 13 years of experience, he has acquired vast insight into the industry and where the market is heading. Chase prides himself on his outgoing, friendly attitude, dedicating his time and service to his customer base, whom he sees as more than just everyday buyers and sellers.
